With the BluBracket Command Line Interface (CLI) Tool, developers are able to catch secrets before the code is actually committed to a repository. Once downloaded and installed, when the developer attempts to commit code BluBracket will scan the commit, report any secrets found and block the commit until the developer remediates or chooses to override.
Since the BluBracket CLI Tool works with pre-commit hooks, the tool also works with any IDEs where the pre-commit hooks are supported.
The BluBracket CLI Tool is supported on the following platforms: Windows, Mac and Linux.
